How to ensure that the SEQ type exam is visible to students at its allocated time only?

While creating SEQ type exam using Assignment tool, please make sure to Uncheck "ALWAYS SHOW DESCRIPTION"  option to allow the students to see the SEQ type exam only at its allocated time.
